BENEFITS OF WAIST BEADS
Both traditionally and in modern times, women will wear waist beads to get/keep their bodies intact. It is said that the beads shape your body and keep the waist small and hips accentuated. It was (and still is) used as a measurement tool. The beads do not stretch, so if/when the waist beads start to feel a little tight, it’s a sign that there was some weight gain, and vice versa.

TYING YOUR WAIST BEADS
Wrap your full strand of waist beads around your waist along your panty line (or however high up you want to wear the beads). Remove any additional beads by pulling them off the string. Tie 4-7 tight knots where the beads end. I would also suggest intertwining the individual strands of thread to make a more secure knot. Cut any additional string.

CHAKRA HEALING
There are seven main chakras, known as the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras. They are tied to physical and emotional problems in the body. Analyzing what is happening with your chakras is a powerful way to tune into your mind, body and spirit.
